Annemarie Jacir's Palestinian 'When I Saw You' Goes to Match Factory Before TIFF Debut

Annemarie Jacir's Palestinian Oscar entry "When I Saw You" goes to The Match Factory for worldwide rights, prior to its debut at Toronto September 9. Jacir's first film "Salt of this Sea", which debuted in Cannes in 2008, was also Palestine's Oscar entry.

"When I Saw You", set in Jordan 1967, follows an eccentric eleven year old boy, Tarek, as he runs away from his Palestinian refugee camp in search of his freedom.
